Do I need water testing?
Most homes in Hampton Roads have similar city water conditions, and this system is designed specifically for that. We’ll do a quick water test during your inspection, but no lab testing is required.
What does the system include?
The system includes a whole home carbon filter, a reverse osmosis drinking water system connected to your sink and fridge, and a scale protection device—all professionally installed.
Is the drinking water high quality?
Yes. The reverse osmosis system provides bottled-quality drinking water by removing dissolved contaminants that whole home filters don’t catch.
How long does installation take?
Most installations are completed in one day. We handle everything from start to finish, including setup, connections, and cleanup.

Will this remove chlorine from my water?

Do I need a water softener with this system?
No. Hampton Roads public water is low in hardness so a water softener isn't needed. We install an anti-scale device to prevent mineral buildup without the cost, maintenance, or salt of a large softener.
